Hearing date set for 22 February 2023 to certify class

The hearing of the application for 'representative orders' (to certify the class action) is set down for the 22nd and 23rd February 2023.  The application is on an 'opt out' basis, meaning that if approved/certified by the Court all those that fall within the class definition will automatically become part of the class action (they will have the opportunity to opt out if they wish to).  EQC opposes this application.
